Odle Farm Bed & Breakfast Booking Conditions

Please familiarise yourself with our booking conditions

• Odle Farm Bed & Breakfast room are pet free and non smoking.
• Check-in times are between 4pm and 9pm.
• Check-out is by 10.30am on day of departure.
• Breakfast is served between 8.00am and 9.00am.
• These times are flexible if requested by prior arrangement.
• Use of the hydrotherapy spa/hot tub is subject to an extra charge when available. Please check when booking, especially out of season.

Reservation and cancellation:

• Reservations can be made online or by telephone;

• A deposit equivalent to the first nights stay will be payable on booking. The remaining balance (if applicable) will become due on arrival.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• Cancellations more than 7 days – Deposit will be refunded in full.
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

• Payment can be made by phone using credit/debit cards but can also be made via our online booking system. Balance payments can be made by credit/debit card, cash or cheque (with guarantee card) on arrival.
• You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance.
• By checking availability and making a booking you accept these terms and conditions.
